Tracie started her career as an engineer before moving into training and assessing. In 2005 Tracie made the move to consultancy, working for the UK Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering & Technology, the Government’s lead body for gender equality in STEM. Whilst there she managed various projects, including the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Diversity in Engineering Programme. She was also Chair of the Sector Skills Councils Diversity Network. Most recently Tracie worked for Cogent Sector Skills Council with a focus on increasing the level of skills training available in the plastics and polymer industry.
