Cathy’s love affair with retail started by spending six years in industry making everything from cosmetics to crisp packets. Fascinated by the world of the retail consumer, Cathy enjoys spending her time investigating the reasons why consumers buy products and why they shop in particular ways.
Cathy has lead countless commercial projects and research grants during her career, and has an acute understanding of how we interact with the world, helping her to deliver improved products and retail experiences. She has also been published widely in both academic journals and the trade press.
